One of the few options for left hand bolts
I bought this for a new build I was putting together. Stag has been my go to for bolts since all of my ARs are left hand, so of course they were my first choice. My previous two Stag left hand bolts were well made, I have one from 2011 that is also phosphate coated with chromelined inside and it has never failed me in the 9 years I've had it, I have never had a malfunction in that AR. my last Stag bolt was an ar10 nitride one and it too has been stellar and well made, no issues. Finish is smooth, BCG is to correct specs and everything works as it should.

Left handed BCG for AR-15 Other
When I ordered this item it was shipped very quickly from their facility. It was shipped per USPS and it made it part way here and dissapeared. Tracking just stopped with no further updates. I finally called the company and was told they would send me a new BCG right away. It showed up very quickly this time by UPS which was strange as UPS no longer will ship any gun parts. Anyways, I have it now and the quality is excellent. I have not installed it yet as I am still building the rifle.

Left Handed Stag BCG
I own a number of stag parts and all have worked perfect. Never had any issues.
Due to an Accident I shoot left-handed now, lefthanded parts are difficult to find and even more difficult to find in stock.
Optics Planet had them in stock and at a great price. Parts were shipped quick.

I would love to tell everyone that this bcg is the bees knees. However I would need to be able to install it in an upper. I ordered a left-handed upper and this bcg in january, and the estimated shipping date was febuary 18th. Bcg finally shipped last week, and the upper's new estimated shipping date is March 27th and changing daily. Now I know that this not Optic Planets fault. Im hopeful that my upper is running so late because of rigorous qc testing, but im not going to hold my breath. If there were more lefty options, I would have went a different route. Anyone looking to buy something on backorder from Stag, the estimated shipping date is just nonsense.

It showed up in 5 days as advertised. The phosphate coating is super nice and smooth. The gas key looks properly staked and is chrome lined. I would recommend �
