Sick laser combo
I got the green laser option, its very easy to see during daylight. I’d recommend this combo to anyone. It seems to be well constructed and very intuitive to operate the different lighting modes. The ambidextrous buttons are pretty sensitive too so you can touch either side quickly to turn on/off th...

Steiner eOptics TOR Fusion 3R - Fail
Ordered this in July to have in time for August birthday. Received product in August. Looked nice, but light did not match the picture on the box nor the instructions. However, it fit my firearm properly and I liked how it functioned...so no real issue there. Trouble started when I tried to sigh...

Durable, bright light option
I initially got this optic to pair up with the Steiner MPS on my Walther. The light is an excellent option, pairs up nicely with the optic and adds a little weight to the front. The one thing that I am having a ha4d time with is finding a compatible holster.

A- Pretty good gun light combo
I own 4 of these - 2 on G45s and 2 on G19s. They live in Safariland 6378USN-283-701 holsters and the fit is fine. I run mine in light + laser mode all the time. Changing modes is a bad plan when bad things are happening and training in the mode you will use when bad things happen is advisable. I don’t use the activate on draw feature. There are situations where you don’t want your light on. The switches are big and tactile. The adjustment range for zero is more than adequate. The adjustment screws ARE loose and require a very small (no drips) amount of threadlocker (blue) to be applied to the threads. Zero the laser, count turns as you back the screw out, use a toothpick to apply only enough threadlocker to wet the threads and reinsert with the same number of turns you used to remove. Screw is tiny, be careful. You’ll have 2-3 minutes to adjust before the threadlocker sets up. I’ve put hundreds of rounds through each of those guns and zero holds up on all of them. Light is bright enough, laser is great unless you’re in bright daylight. In this price range you won’t find a better combo IMO. A- is for the threadlocker.
Pros:
- Price, fit, functionality
Cons:
- Adjustment screws loose

- Work

Does not fit as advertised
It claims to fit holsters designed for Surefire X300, but it does not. -2 stars.
It is too easily activated when unholstered. -1 stars.
The picatinny slots are also finicky to adjust. Do not buy unless you plan to get a custom holster.

Unusable user interface
The light is physically fine, seems to work OK. The problem here is the design of how it functions is extremely impractical. There are 3 modes: light, laser or light+laser. However, they are toggled by holding down both buttons at once, not something remotely practical in a tactical situation. So in practice, you choose one of the 3 modes and leave it that way. I was hoping it would have independent controls for the light and laser, but that's not the case.
Pros:
- Nice green laser, well built, good adjustment range
Cons:
- No independent controls for light and laser

Cant site the laser accurately!
I was excited to find this little laser/light made by Steiner. I've always heard they made decent products and I own a pair of steiner binoculars that I liked.
I wanted it for a compact AR pistol I built. I mounted on the under side of the rail, since it was designed for pistols.
The manual says its sighted in at the factory, but may need adjustments depending on the weapon.
Long story shorter, the laser is way off. I end up shooting at the target from about 8' away and have the leverage screw backed out so far its about to fall out, and its still shooting 6"" high. Wich from that close, I could live with if I had to and just aim low. But the adjustment screw at that point is backed out so far and loose its gonna fall out from the recoil.
Im very disappointed with this steiner product. I guess I should have listened to the review of the guy who had the same issue and had to pay to send it to Steiner to be repaired and is still waiting for it to be repaired and returned.
