Works incredibly well with TLR-1 and Steiner OTAL-C
I have only had about of work with this so far, but that time, it has worked flawlessly with a Streamlight TLR-1 and a Steiner OTAL-C. If any problems arise, I will follow-up. Until then, I would recommend it to anyone who uses an OTAL-C and a TLR-1.

Dual pressure pad
The unit works well, but the plugs are fragile and break easily. The pressure pad should have a stay on option as well.
great dual switch but very delicate
If you take your time and gently push the plugs in they will work beautifully.
The metal contacts on the plugs are very fragile and can be broken very easily, but once it's in you're good to go the buttons are clicky giving you good feedback. All in all not bad could be a little cheaper but if you're using this for an IR laser and vis light combo you shouldn't be worried about $60 by now.

Works, but not correctly
I installed this pressure switch attached to a Streamlight TLR-2 HL-g. With the TLR-2 HL-g, there are 3 setting on the physical light for light, laser, and light + laser.
This attachment pressure pad only utilizes the forward switch, not the rear with the 2nd plug in not being used.
The forward switch works 100% with the WML set on laser. If set on light, you only get your full lumens with 30+ PSI of force on the pressure switch. The average force on the pressure switch will only yield about 60% of the lights output, and you can “feel” this in the switch with adjusted pressure. As for the light + laser setting on the WML, the light comes on but the laser is completely absent, no matter what setting or pressure applied. If you manually set the light to constant light + laser it works. Point being, this pressure switch attachment does about 50% of what is desired. Also you have to buy an attachment to a streamlight WML just to run it on an AR. Would not buy this product again.

Curiosity of product
I wanted to purchase this because I just bought the pro tac rail hl-x long gun weapon light and I need a dual pressure pad because I run nvg a lot. But I wanted to know if this pressure pad is compatible with the hl-x pro tac gun weapon light in 1000 lumens ?
