Lite up the nite with this liteweight flashlite... Super brite long lasting beam reaches through the darkest nite. 2 recharges, 1 works on 120v and one 12v for car or truck. Best flashlite I've ever owned, puts mag lites to shame!!

I just got the Ultra Stinger Streamlight flashlight, and it's amazing. Not only is it the brightest flashlight I have ever had, it's incredible how far it reaches. I can stand out on my neighborhood Road, and shine it, and it lights the road up all the way to the end. This is brilliant technol

I bought my original UltraStinger LED last year for hunting and anything else I needed serious lighting for. Well.. I just purchased 3 more- another one for me and 2 as gifts to others. I think that states whether or not I would recommend this flashlight pretty well.
Best Used for:
- Everything you need lit up

Compared to the Stinger DS HPL, the UltraStinger is a little brighter and throws a little further. And since they are about the same price depending on where you buy, the UltraStinger is a little more bang for the buck. But the trade-off is length and especially weight. But after you get used to that, there is a big difference in the switch. The UltraStinger switch is difficult to locate and engage due to a lack of recess around the switch as compared to the HPL. It's not the button size that makes it difficult...it's the fact that you have to press down inside a small cut-out to turn it on. The recess around the HPL is much simpler to engage and locate. If the UltraStinger were a DS model, it would be a much better flashlight than it is without a tailswitch. I recommend the UltraStinger second to the DS HPL Stinger.
Cons:
- Heavy
- Switch hard to find occasionally
- Switch location

Great light for many uses...from up close work to distance. Lights up a room really well. Beam distance is great for searching for far away things. Definitely recommend this light. Thinking of buying another.

This flashlight is a little pricey but well worth every penny!!!!! We live in the county and have 4 acre yard! When the dogs bark I can shine this light and see every fencerow surrounding our property and pass. Many nights I have seen the eyes of a coyote on the outside of our fence thanks to these wonderful flashlights. Have 2 and love them.

I replaced a SL-20P with this, there is no comparison, this is amazingly bright, three light levels, strobe, and heft enough to remind me of a Kel-Lite! This is a perfect Law Enforcement duty light. Price was very reasonable, lowest I could find on line.

This light has the same excellent quality as my previous Streamlights. It is much larger than the Stinger LED, but the power output is awesome! This is an excellent light for mounting in a vehicle, home or garage. I would not want to carry it for long periods of time due to the size and weight. It will illuminate a 5 acre property through the woods, basically anywhere my dogs are barking I can shine a light on them. It has a well focused beam for spotlighting objects and also floods the surrounding areas. The low power mode is a nice feature when 1100 lumens are not required. If you ever do have a problem with a Streamlight, their customer service is excellent, I sent a light back to them, they received it in 3 days, diagnosed the problem, called with an estimate and had the light returned to me in 2 days!
Cons:
- slightly larger than similar products

I've been using the light for about two weeks. The light is really bright. Hold the switch in to change to medium intensity or to low intensity. Double tap the button for strobe. I do wish they would have made the switch push button bigger. Overall really good light!
