Sweet and solid!!
I do like these pins even though the rear take down, the detent hole that locks the pin in is slightly off installed on an Aero precision lower. 2 lowers same issue. A minute with my dremel fixed the issue as I just extended the detent hole on the pins. Still 5 star because I know Aero Precision low...

Needs some research and development
This shift pin didn’t fit all the way through the rear of my aero m5 lower. Strike industry’s R&D department has some work to do. The concept is a great idea but a little bit more work needs to be done.
major improvement over stock

A great design
I swappd to the Shift pins on my AR15 first and liked them so much I bought some for my AR10 build. This is a great design that makes breaking the gun down that much easier. I love these things.

Gold tooth
Fitment is great. Easy to remove for disassembly. And now my rifle has a gold tooth.

Easy install nice design but heavy
It is very easy to put the pivot pin without tools. The rear take down pin is easy enough ti install without the shift pin design so IMO it is unnecessary to use this specialty pin. I would rather have saved a few bucks and had a regular takedown pin or in the package instead. Unfortunately this is the only AR10 LR308 pin set they had. I would have preferred a lightweight aluminum set like I have in my AR15s.)

Vital part of build
I received pins from a kit that I bought from another reliable company, take town pins were to short for my lower. I read on line that other customers had the same problem. Ordered from Optics pins fit perfect, was able to finish my build

Actually an AR-10 perfect fit
Tried at least 4 different takedown pins before trying these out and once again Strike Industries coming through with these slick pins, was worried about the function aspect but not any issues, highly recommended.

Did not fit
I have a POF-USA 308 AR and these pins did not fit. The pin diameter is bigger than what my rifle takes. My POF-USA AR10 uses same diameter pins as AR15s but the front pin is longer. Not sure if this is the case on a lot of AR10s or just mine. I'll Save the set for a different lower and see. Very cool looking and well made pins, came with new springs and dents and are made for easy assembly/disassembly. I only wish i could have used them.

Great AR-10 Takedown Pins
I bought these to replace the stock Takedown Pins that were included on my Aero M5 Lower Receiver. The fit great, while it was a bit difficult install them due to the added spring and detent pressure compared to a AR15. The design did help make it somewhat easier with its detent guides.

rear take down pin
I was very happy with the ergonomics or this set, however was not happy with the fit as the rear take down pin would not fit all the way in. I do like the QD feature where you simply align the detent and rotate the pin to pull it out which is what originally made me purchase them. will be returning them to optics planet and buying a different brand that will hopefully fit better
