simple necessity
These are simple steel shims to help you dial all your muzzle devices properly on .223 barrels. Just combine the necessary number of shims in order to mount your muzzle device 1/4 turn away from perfect. Then rotate to the exact point with a torque wrench or by "eye ball" method.
you could never have too many shims
You know, sometimes we force things to fit when they don’t actually fit. We make it difficult on ourselves when we need to make adjustments or just settle for the instant instantaneous quick fixes. Having extra shims is a piece of mind and comfort to get things lined properly. And installed exactly how you want them, highly suggest keeping a few of them around. Perfect Shim Combinations for Proper Fitting
This Strike Industries shim kit provides multiple mm shims to make it work! Obviously it took a little trial an error as expected to match up the appropriate mm for proper fit, but the appropriate sizes and number of shims per mm are here to make it work. I highly recommend this and Strike Industries products in general.
