Glock 17 Slide

Delta Point does not fit.
Finally, I got around to purchasing a Delta Point Pro for this slide. It does not fit. The machining of the slide is off. I will be taking the slide to a gunsmith to have it modified so it fits properly.

Strike makes a killer slide.
I've bought both the 19 and 26 strike industries liteslide from OpticePlanet and am running them both. Could not be happier with the perfect nitride finish. Running docter on the 19 and RMR on the 26, I can swap and mix n match to my hearts content. You absolutely cannot go wrong if you want a primo top tier slide at a little over 200 bones.

Flashy Part with Function
I bought a Liteslide 17 to finish an SCT frame that I was building and it fit just fine. The serrations are grippy and the extra machining is very attractive to look at. It comes with multiple optics plate attachments for different footprints, but I didn't try any of them. So far, after 200 rounds, the finish is holding up very well and it ran with only one stovepipe malfunction.
I will say that the slide came in with smudgy fingerprints all over it. I'm not sure whether this came from the factory or if this may have been a return that came to me, but there were no other issues or signs of wear on it. The dovetail sights I bought for it also were impossible to put on with my sight pusher and required a trip to my gun store to push on with theirs. I have no idea if the issue was the Zaffiri rear sight or the slide, but it was not easy to pair the two.

SI creates garbage and doesn't stand by their warranty
I recently purchased a Liteslide for gen3 G17. Upon building the slide I attempted to mount a brand new Holosun 509T with a C&H RMR adapter plate. I quickly noticed that the optic was skewed so far that I had to max out windage just to get the dot centered in the window. I also tried with the plate supplied by Holosun as well as with a Holosun 407C and a Swampfox Liberty. All mounted crooked.
I contacted Strike Industries for a Warranty RMA explaining what the problem was and the rep asked for multiple photos which I provided. I also provided detailed measurements taken with a dial indicator which clearly shows the RMR hole pattern was off.
Before closing my RMA tocket, Strike industries reply was "The Liteslide may not be compatible with aftermarket mounting plates" and completely ignored the fact that I used two other optics with the same result.

Lite slide for Glock 17
This slide works great and it looks great. I wanted the RMR cut and it accommodated my holosun red dot perfectly. It was very easy to install.

Pretty good for G17 build
Wanted a G17 slide that looked nice and has RMR cut.
This works great with OEM glock parts.
But I'd advise against using this slide with Strike Industries slide completion kit, the tolerances on their extractor and extractor plunger is subpar and led to FTE and annoying out of battery.

Amazing slide!!
