Vast Improvement
Huge improvement ergonomically over the old switches. Wish I had this when I was in the desert last trip! Sand and dirt always seem to get onto the sticky side of the velcro pad that holds the pressure switch that comes with Surefire lights, but this product eliminates that concern. Not to mention, it actually gives you a secure place to mount the pad, which is difficult to find flat space on a railed forearm for the other type of pads.
Pros: Gets rid of the "sticky" pads!

If you are looking at this, you know what it’s for: integrated dual switch (one for PEQ & one for surefire light). Plugs into the current surefire tail caps snugly. The 7 in this model is for inches of cord length (compared to the 9 model), which gave me plenty of length on my shorter rail. Switches work great. Switch’s polymer design snaps down on the rail with a decent amount of force but stays on snug without any looseness.

Surefire Quality
Great switch. The money spent on IR aiming devices doesn't go in the swtiches. Love my dbal, but by the end of my first workup, the sheath of the wire on the stock pressure switch had ripped. I could see the bare wire. So now a days stock switches go to the back-up box, and I get a surefire from the get go

Surfire SR plug-in tape switch
Better than their early generations. Works very well operationally for both your surefire light and LA5 combo. Distinct push switches make it easily identifiable at night. Cable lengths are good for both longer and short barrel rifles, micro zip ties can assist with the cable management. Additionally, cables are more robust made out better materials which appear to be better suited to last through the elements and the wear and tear.

Great product with even better customer service

Superior SureFire SR Tape Switch!
Outstanding product with excellent method of connecting to rail. Now, just wish SureFire made one with single switching for additional remote switch port on EOTech EXPS-3. Possible suggestion of an adaptor or the light control wire to permit controlling the second laser sight port. The switch feel is positive with no doubt of switch activation or deactivation.

Great switch
As always, surefire produces excellent products. This dual pressure switch works great and has good tactile feedback when a switch is depressed. You get what you pay for when you buy a product so the money for this switch is well spent

I see the light, I see the light, I see the light
This connects my Surefire and my DBAL-I2 perfectly, will not be disconnected with light brush. Great feel of the switch push. No Cons to this at all, the price was very fair for the quality you get. No buyers remorse.
