Avoid, there's a reason Surefire dropped it from their product lineup in a year.
These have been discontinued by Surefire after being on the market for only about a year. You can't even source batteries for them from Surefire's site now. They seems to be plagued by battery discharge and mount issues. I've had two batteries for mine both self discharge in and out of the light over time, in addition the mount is very prone to shifting, partly because Surefire only recommends a 6in/lb torque on the mount screw for polymer frames, it's simply not enough to keep the laser zeroed under recoil or if the handgun/light takes an impact.
I've also had problems with the adjustment not holding, it will stay zeroed for awhile, then start drifting. Could be something in the adjustment that is not holding, or the lack of mount "grip".

Product is discontinued, dont buy it
Build quality is high, size is perfect for pistols. Light is weaker than advertised and laser is decent overall. The main issue with this item is you get one battery, and you will not be able to buy another because this product was discontinued by Surefire. I do not recommend this product with one battery that lasts 25 mins.

Blade Runner
Perfect fit and look on my CZ Shadow 2 Carry. If you have one or the Compact this XR2 laser/light from Surefire is legit! Ignore the other review saying he bought 3 of these and threw them in the trash. What a liar.

Too long for 4” 2011 and 5” 1911
This unit couldn’t even mount on my Wilson SFT-9 4” and pressed against the trigger guard of my Wilson CQB 5”. These are not small pistols!
