I had high hopes for this product. I wasn't thrilled that it was an integrated trigger guard also, but I gave it a shot. Installation was fairly easy and the product seemed to be made well. Once installed it felt very solid. Note: I noticed there was a paper-thin gap between the firearms mag-well face and the device itself. I didn't care one way or the other about this as it doesn't seem to be a problem. However, the design of it DOES NOT allow for P-MAGS to fully insert without considerable force. Perhaps the space previously mentioned was the problem and some hammer and vise modifications could make it work? The P-Mag has raised ridges on the non-insertable portion of the outer body that interfere with the mag-well device. Specifically, the top horizontal raised edge at the magazine's insertable terminator. You CAN get it in there with a lot of force, but you'll have to get it out don't forget. PMAGS are the most popular magazine on the market today making this potentially a MAJOR oversight by Sylvan design engineering and quality control departments. With that said, basic metal MILSPEC type magazines work just fine but, in a gunfight, I do not want my hands tied as to what magazine will work and what one will not. Fix this issue and I'd gladly revise my review to 5 stars. I kept it just because I didn't want to go through the aggravation of returning it, so its basically money down the drain.

If you have a LWRC lower and plan on using Magpul mags, stay away. The build quality is great but if it doesn't fit a magazine then it's useless.

Very secure due to being pinned and screwed to the lower. Great addition to my AR.

I was expecting to modify the magwell a little however, there was no need with the updated relief cut.

Bought 2 of these thinking they would be a great add to my AR's but they wont work with 3rd gen Magpul mags,and it does not fit flush with the magwell of the rifles and has an ugly gap almost a penny wide.they did work with gen 2 magpuls and regular metal mags, anything with a lip in yhe back of mag will get stuck,�‍♂️�‍♂️ thought if this works great, i would by the stock folder. NOOOTTTT!!!

It’s very well-made and it’s lightweight and works great for fast and smooth reloads

I would recommend you use metal mags with this product. In my experience if you use plastic ones from Magpul, they tend to get stuck and you have to yank it out. I used the duramag magazines in my 7.62x39 AR with this attached and it is able to work well. Overall installation was painless and the fit is good enough on my PSA lower.

Works fine on my RRA lower and accepts magpul pmags.

First of fit is terrible. Second it doesnt accept magpul mags.
