Great brake
Muzzle break works well. Curs down on kick by about 50%. That’s what I was hoping for. Fit on both rifles that I have . My son used and enjoyed the performance. Wife so enjoyed reduce recoil does have a little bit more noise but not too bad

Huge fireball
Finish and quality seem ok,not as chinsy as some others ive seen. it does slightly reduce recoil but creates a huge fireball on 5.56. Don't bother wasting time on this thing, save your money for a better one.

I had no idea when I bought this for my AR 15 other than a few good reviews about it. But what a surprise because I was not expecting that it would totally remove the felt recoil for my 16 inch AR-15. My buddies were amazed when they shoot using my rifle and said "There is NO RECOIL whatsoever. So I recommended it. I ordered two more of this for them and they are very pleased and grateful for such unexpected upgrade. If anyone is looking to remove the recoil, don't waste your money for those expensive compensators. Look no further, TACFIRE does more job for your ARs without breaking your bank. See for yourself.

Don't have to spend lots of $$$ to get a great brake
Back to the basics. This is a traditional, pure brake design that does have some compensation as well (the 3 top ports). I've got this on my 20" 5.56 DMR and with the gun itself being perfectly tuned, this just adds to it and allows me to track/view my impacts. Can't beat this for the price. Those large side ports with the top 3 comp ports are a great balance.

It took a month to get here and they sent me the wrong size treads. I ordered the 1/2 by 28 not 3/8 or whatever it is. I'll have to get a thread adapter or more than likely just get another compensator

great product
Bought once and I just had to buy it a second and third time. These are so underrated and I’m happy to that their ratings are growing and more and more people are trusting their product. The fit and finish is on par with top brands, so no complaints here. The weight is sufficient to tame recoil on caliber specific rifles. So give it a try you won’t regret it.

Top quality product
There’s absolutely no need to go buy a muzzle device for an exorbitant amount of money! These devices are quality product and onset the standard as the expensive brakes would. They carry a relatively good weight that can tame the recoil of a 2233/5.56 round. So I wouldn’t hesitate to get my hands on one of the muzzle brakes. Also I’d recommend getting a jam nut instead of the crush washer that comes with the brakes. I tend to find crush washers difficult to use when timing the brake.

Tacfire compact compensator
I actually purchased the tacfire 308 compensator for my 6.5 creed. the email from optics planet stated I purchased the 5.56 comp, considering I’ve already put over 80 rounds through it and it hasn’t blown off the end I assume they sent me the correct one Lol!! Anyway, works great for seeing the impact on steel and a certain rock I enjoy shooting thats about 500 yards away. Shipping was fast, especially considering this current time of Covid craziness! I will definitely order from them again!

TacFire 5.56 1/2X28 Compact Compensators
Great looking compensator out of the box. There were still left of shavings all along the center of the compensator, but a file fixed that problem. Works like advertised, and for the money, this is a great alternative from the higher-priced compensators on the market today. I used mines on a Remington Model 700 bolt action rifle. Without the compensator, this rifle was loud and kicked harder than a mule. With this compensator installed, it shot a lot more stable and less recoil significantly. Even though I was shipped the wrong color, it still ended up good at the end. Unique looka and great control.
