Too short!
This buffer tube is too short. I measured everything multiple times after having cycling problems. My BCG would not lock back. I installed it without the spring to check clearance and it was about 1/4" short. I tried a different BCG and buffer. All roads point to the inside length. I made sure...

Excellent Product
Product exactly what I needed to complete my AR 15 .300 blackout build. The recoil weight rattled until I added another spacer.

Rattling Buffer weight
While the buffer tube and spring works well, I’m not sure if I can continue to use the buffer weight. The dimensions are a nearly perfect fit however the weight inside the buffer is loose and rattles.

Shawty Pistol Tube
This kit seems like it’ll meet expectations. Haven’t installed yet as my ar9 build isn’t complete, but it seems like it will work. The included foam pad Will be interesting. I hope it works. I gave 4 stars bc I don’t like the ambi sling attachment on the end plate. It gets in the way of the safety selector. Otherwise, it looks like a quality product.

Cheap metal on the tube
The tube is chepa metal and bent the retaining lips on install. Will not accept torque to spec and bent. Going in the trash. Couldn't believe it. Oh well. Lesson learned. Don't buy junk. Going to have to find another pistol buffer tube.

Awesome Budget Buffer Kit
Ive been using this for a few months now on a .300aac build and have not had any problems yet! Its obviously not the BEST you can get, but for the price it cannot be beat. This is also the only buffer assembly Ive used that didnt require any filing to fit flush with my reciever, I will be buying again!

Tube is too short
Much like another reviewer here, I found that the buffer tube is about 1/4” too short. The finish of the tube is great, but I was VERY displeased that my BCG would not cycle completely or lock back with an empty magazine. I would not recommend.

Nice tube, installs easy.
Installed with ease. Great price. Works as expected. Packaging was good and shipped quick. I don't like over spending and am more than happy with this purchase. If you need a new pistol tube this one can work for you.

Does not cycle on my setup
A 10.5in 300blk barrel with a linear compensator and adjustable gas lock pushing 215grain freedom seeds. Ejects about 35% of the time but does not feed the next round because the spring is too stiff to allow the Bcg to clear the mag on gas pressure alone. Excessively heavy spring tension makes it a workout to even charge.. Will be trashing this spring and buffer for something else.
