Works great
This works very well when used as intended. It is for blowback systems only i.e. 9mm. I replaced a 5 oz buffer in my suppressed 9mm AR with this, and it made a noticable difference. Recoil is less abrupt and ejection port noise is reduced.
great heavy buffer!
I built a Aero EPC 9 with a PSA upper. The recoil was fairly sharper than expected. I used the H3 buffer and stock 308 spring that came with the original buffer system purchased. I then upgraded the buffer to this product and a Sprinco Orange Spring. That combo has significantly lowered the recoil and has helped to smooth out the action of the gun. I would highly recommend this product if you are using a straight blowback system.

Good for .40 S&W
I bought this for my .40S&W AR pistol build. Works with my Gearhead pistol brace, and slows the cycle of the bolt. Locks open every time. Was looking for a heavier weight because of the more powerful nature of the round, and this one fits the bill.

To big for AR pistol
Doesn't fit AR pistols like stated. Had to return. It is to long so bolt will not lock to rear when empty. Try to contact manufacturer by phone but no luck................................................
