I purchased the silver finish for a different look on the end of a stainless steel 10/22 barrel. Love it. This is my first TandemKross product and I wasn't disappointed. I haven't, however, fired it yet. So I can only speak for the look. I'm sure it's function won't disappoint. I'm not expecting anything too phenomenal because we are talking about a .22LR rifle. There's not much recoil on these to begin with. Timed perfectly for me. Unlike an AR15 comp with a crush washer this does not have to be installed with a wrench. Simply hand tight by hand. There's no secret to the installation other than verifying the thread match. I didn't even need a wrench to remove the flash hider that came on the rifle from the factory. My only complaint is the shipping. I continue on with my campaign to offer better shipping options (UPS, FedX, even DHL) versus the USPS. I waited for this item to arrive for over three weeks when I paid $11.10 for 3-5 day shipping. I cannot stand the USPS because items sometimes get hung up in there delivery system in Indianapolis, IN and they don't care. There's very little recourse and the USPS plans it that way. Service is not their middle name. Once an employee of the USPS you obviously can't be fired for being horrible at your job. Wanted a 22LR compensator that wasn't just cut slots for porting. Something that actually worked in a controllable manner. I have played with several compensators that have large holes or slots cut in the top. They worked but not to my satisfaction on my practice or target/competition pistol.
Tandemcross is well known for their quality products. So what the heck.
Very happy with the results! Were there a 4-in barrel or 5-in barrel? I a notice muzzle rise was reduced in a controlled manner. I am satisfied with the purchase and have purchased a second one. This is a recommended buy!

I have a couple of these Game Changers. One on 22/45 and another on 10/22. The added weight on the end of the barrel may do as much for muzzle rise as the ports, but it does work as advertised. The fit and finish on both are great and they just make the firearms look better. It elevates the factory look on both Rugers I own. There isn't much recoil in 22lr anyway, so the felt difference is honestly minimal but it is there. Overall, I highly recommend. The aesthetics alone are worth the price.
Just be prepared for a little additional cleaning with your tiny brushes to get those openings clear. Especially true if shooting lead nose budget ammo. You are going to notice build up on those ports closest to barrel after just a few rounds.

As always TANDEMKROSS is the best! Fit and finish first rate. All hardware came in package. Mounted compensator on a Grand Power K22. With high power ammunition compensator makes a difference!

This is my second compensator from tandemKross. You can definitely tell a difference with it installed. Also I like that you can accessorize with the red color.

This product looks so good. It rocks my mark IV physical appearance.

Got this to trick out my new sw22. It fits perfectly, and the stainless look really fits the vibe i was going for. Shooting with this on is great and really does make for faster follow-up shots. Doesn't cost too much either. The best part is it looks great and makes the gun that much cooler. Worth every penny.
