Balanced upgrade
First this piece is a simple install, and does not stick out too much so no accidental engagement. It has the right amount of extension compared to the stock slide stop resulting in a more accessible, consistent, reliable action. Small changes like this to the gun where it matters has a big impact on many functions.
Nice addition to my Gen 3 G 19
Somehow screwed up the spring on my OEM slide stop and couldn't find a replacement that confirmed fit on a single-pin Gen 3 frame so I kind of gambled and ordered this Vickers Tactical unit. Shipping was pretty prompt and the price was right. Installed easily and though it doesn't appear that much larger/longer than stock, it is easier to reach. Looking forward to next training session so I can confirm it works with actual live-fire.

Tango Down Glock Slide Stop: Needed Modification

Mandatory upgrade
Absolutely required upgrade for Gen 3 glock 19s where the stock slide release is almost flush with the frame. Great to have a more usable release since I don't usually rack the slide if it's already locked open.

Better then stock and stock extended stop.
Those are the only ones I’ve used but this one is the best. All the benefits of the extended one but with the sleeker look of stock and without the annoying “always lock back when racked” feature. I have to write more so I’ll mention that the machining has more lines and a slightly different shape on it so your thumb can hold it up much easier then the stock ones. It also manages to tuck closer to the body of the gun. It has a small area that has more surface so you can pull down without breaking your grip.
