good scope for close shooting
put this scope on a 870, 20 gage rifled barrel for my daughter to start deer hunting with ,came into zero easy and holds it under the recoil for the money i think you can not go wrong

Tasco Worlld Class ??
One of the best scopes I ever owned was a Tasco it lasted over 15 years before it fogged up inside.This scope however out of the box was not what I expected,looking through it was like looking through a light gray fog and no matter what I tried I could not get the cross hairs to come into focus.

I purchased a 500s&w Handi Rifle as a mate for my other 500s&w and to shoot cast bullets. I wanted a low power scope for the deep woods of NW Montana where I live. I took a 8 point buck at 100 yards with this rifle/scope combo using a cast bullet load. Can't argue with that. Next an Elk?
