Tasco mounts

Hi: I just got these with a 4-12 power Tasco scope. The scope is fine but these mounts were crooked on a picatanny rail. The scope would run out of windage to correct. I got some weaver mounts and all is well. That`s life Haa

works good just as expected

I ordered the high rings because they will be used with the new Tasco scope on a break action rifle with a hammer. I felt the higher rings would give me more room to get to the hammer without a hammer extension.

Scope rings

I have ordered and used numerous Tasco rings from OpticsPlanet. I have never been disappointed. These rings are in use on several of my rifles and have not failed. I will continue to use these rings and optics from OP.

Could have been higher

These were listed as "very high" although, in my opinion they were just "high." they went on my AR and took the place of a riser that held a compact scope. I went to a full size scope for better optics and wanted the anchor points further apart. They work as they should holding the scope in position. The price is right. And dealing with one set of screws per ring is a lot handier.

Tasco High Center Rings 793DSC for 1" Rifle Scopes

The rings came with the Tasco scope I bought for my Ruger 10-22 rifle. They are well built. The tops are held down with good hex-driver screws and the rings are tightened to the rail by finger with knurled screws and fully tightened with a slot-head screw driver. Recommend getting a good set of gunsmith screw drivers for this and all work on your guns.
Pros: Solidly built and easy to install.
Cons: None.
