Security level is a joke
With in minutes of opening the package of the Gun Box Echo, we found an allen wrench in with it. Found 2 allen screws on the bottom. We though maybe it was to access the battery. Nope! That is access to the backside of the actual lock and within a few minutes you can open the box wirh an allen wrench. Maybe that would be ok if it were designed to be fastened down. Nope! Its not. This is just a tin box, with some worthless electronics that any thief can open and get your gun no problem. Then they wont give you a shipping label so you have to pay $30 To ship it back to them.
Pros:
- None
Cons:
- Its worthless
Best Used for:
- Paperweight
Would recommend: No
Terrible product and customer service
One of the worst unboxing experiences I have ever had. Just trying to log onto their App took hours and had to get their customer service involved. Three days of trying and still do not have it working. Their customer service will just send you long lists of steps to perform, half of them are not even correct or reflect what you see on their App. Read the reviews online about GunBox and also their App before you buy. They have no concept of customer service or out of box experience. Stay away as there are better options available to you. This product just does not work.
Pros:
- None - it is not usable
Cons:
- customer service
- app is terrible
- clear instructions
- actually working correctly
Best Used for:
- paper weight
Would recommend: No
