Can we say Perfect Target?

by Daniel, Verified Owner from WA, United States Written on August 10, 2024
I was looking for some targets to keep in my car as every time I go to the range, I pay $1 per target (5$ minimum sale). These were inexpensive, perfect size and simply flawless. Would I buy again? In a NY MINUTE! I have more in my cart so that when I do run out, it is an immediate day 1 purchase

Shooting is expensive

Buying in bulk online is the best way to save money on this stuff. You get 8? Targets on this one. Great for doing two shots one sight picture drills.

Perfect for green dot optics!

by BloodLettingGroove, Verified Owner from IN, United States Written on January 30, 2024
The indoor range I'm using these at is 25 yards. Great for dialing in your optic if it's not red. I have mostly green circle dot and Vulcan reticles that really pop with these targets in the sights.

It's not impossible or terrible using red (I have one red circle dot that I use), but there's simply not as much bold contrast between the dot and target colors. Trick is to be set brighter than the background. Simple. You can make red dots happen on them, you just won't be dominating any speed drills. They do offer these in green, which I suggest for red dot optics.

Only nitpicky critique? It's eight bullseye targets. Eight. Why not five or ten?! Boxes of ammo are most typically not divisible by eight. It's like hot dogs come in packages of ten and buns are packages of eight. Takes five reps to make it come out even. No biggie, just an OCD eye-twitchy thing. Would I buy them again? Yes, IF nothing else does the job for equal or less cost with target quantities that come out even.

I got these because I mostly use green optics and they suit that purpose adequately.

Not ideal enough for 5 stars. They are good, but they could be better just on the numbers thing, which for most is not a deal-breaker.

4 stars is only because the quantity of bullseye targets on the paper doesn't come out even for ammo units of packaging. Make it five or ten. Eight comes out even how? Single shots per bullseye target out of a 1911 loaded with eight? Four 20-round boxes of AR ammo at ten per target?
