Hit or miss, came with stripped screw head

I've used a few of these. The quality is very iffy. Got with with the allen screw head stripped. I won't buy these anymore.

I put ambi-safeties on all my ARs, but definitely prefer a metal safety over the plastic ones. This one is metal, as I recall.

Stripped seized screw

Hello, Ive bought one or two of these, latest one showed up with the screw seized in the selector, making it useless. I will return it, but its a bummer as its a longer delay than wanted. Booooo

very good ambi safety for the money

This ambi safety is a good value for a mid price point build. It has a standard phosphate finish without gloss or reflection. When installed, it has a solid positive click between safe or fire modes. It is a little wide for the lower frames and has a slight wiggle from left to right. I use a thin spacer to eliminate the slop. This is n ot a deterrant to its functio al all. I have this safety on many of my AR's and have never had any issues with it's operational effectiveness. I will buy this again for my next build.

Tiger Rock AR-15 Dual Safety Selector Lever Ambidextrous Mil-Spec Safety Selector for AR-15

I installed this selector in an PSA AR15. Simple, Just removed to original standard unit and trigger / hammer group. added new Ambi safety along with the retaining screw for the Right side of the rifle re-installed the hammer / trigger group with the retaining pins. did several loading and section test cycles. seeing no issues works great good quality you can have confidence in this inexpensive upgrade. You can have to ease of use strong or weak hand operation. Increase confidence in weapon handling and safety.
