Good endplate, useless QD socket
Bought one cause I needed a QD socket for a sling. Price is low compared to other QD endplates and the quality of the plate is good, but the socket won't keep the QD secured. Any weight from the rifle and it pops right out. Checked the sling with another rifle and it secured just fine to the SI plate on that one.

Timber Creek Quick Disconnect End Plate
Much nicer than a mil spec plate. they are thick where Q.D. hole is and they always fit nice and tight on the buffer tube for easy alignment

Nice colors, not so much for QD
Colors are very nice, the QD’s are not very good at all! Every kind of QD device I tried wouldn’t stay in at all. Definitely not worthy of carry any kind of weight with it! Not sure if I just got a fluke but it definitely didn’t work out for me. Maybe someone else can testify to it being useful but I can not!!!

Garbage QD end plate
That’s exactly where I put this piece of junk! Worthless piece of aluminum junk QD end plate! So massively oversized and overpriced for a piece of aluminum that wouldn’t hold any brand of QD in it without super glue!!! Or maybe some JB Weld would’ve let it stay in there!! Don’t waste your money!! Buy something that will work! This ain’t it!!! Highly do not recommend this garbage!!! That’s where it belongs!!!!

Looking for something to match your color scheme?
Bought this to match my red and black build. The red happens to match the Strike Industries red which worked out better than expected. Great Price, Fast shipping, easy install. Also works with Magpul QD Sling Swivels. Definitely recommend this product.

Can't be used on duty weapons
This probably goes without saying, but these are aluminum. They won't last long if you use them. The one I received didn't even hold the qd end in. I also tried Magpul end, Troy end and Vickers end...they all work with my other end plates. This one it just falls out. I hoped they reinforced the socket to be anti rotational, but its just milled aluminum. Not great for any gun in my humble opinion. Sorry TC...Love your stuff usually!

I just wanted OD green
I just got this because I wanted an OD green backplate, not for the QD feature. That said, the QD feature does work and hold in place, but it is very loose. If I got it for that purpose, I wouldn't trust it to stay totally secure. I would suggest something else.

Didn't work
Tried two different High End QD latches and they won't hold. The work on other attachments. Unacceptable. Tied to get it to stick at all rotation angles but nothing worked. was purchased at a local dealer so maybe I can get my money back.
