These jags are great!!!!
My title says it all. These are great! I have read review here stating the sre too slick. do not find this to be true. They function as well as solid brass jags as far as puching the patch through the bore. If the reviewers who are saying these ar too slick are trying to scrub the barrel by running them back and forth then of course the patch will come off as jags are not designed to do that. They are designed to push one patch through the bore then remove the rod and jag and push another jag through the bore. i you just and to scrub the bore then use a loop.

Tipton Jag set
Every jag is undersized for each caliber, further the "label" on the back which shows the caliber, can't even read it. JAGS should be manufactured like "mil-spec, all the sizes should be uniform, these aren't. Very disappointed. Cannot recommend this product, not even a little bit.

great product
the Tipton ultra jag set is great because you can use copper solvents like sweets 7.62 and the jag does give you a false indication of copper fowling like brass jags do. The kit covers most if not all of the calibers most shooter will need, making it very useful to anyone who has multiple firearms.

As always Tipton keeps coming up with great gun cleaning products. The Ultra Jag Set is a must have for anyone's cleaning kit. The Nickel plating on these jags prevents false bluing, so you know you are doing a good job while cleaning your weapon.

These are way better than the plastic jags. They fit the bore nicely and have a large surface area for better bore contact. You can't got wrong with these!
