Pleasantly surprised
Impressed with the quality for the price. Knife came sharp from the factory. The sheath is nice quality, however the dye used did rub off onto my shirt when worn on my belt. Overall impressed with the quality for the price.
Heavy knife, not Damascus
This is a nice knife, but know that it is not damascus. You can tell by how the damascus pattern doesn't hold throughout the knife (on the handle). Regardless, the knife is actually quite nite and the sheath that it comes with is well made.

Attractive drop point
Full tang, drop point, but would like to see a little bit more in the heel/ guard area. Adequate leather sheath although the riveted, leather strap belt loop seems thin. Nice looking steel. This will make a good skinning knife. For the price there's nothing to write home about.

Good looking but has a few draw backs!
Bought these as a replacement for some old steak knives. The price was pretty good from Optics Planet with the "sale" but full price might have been stretching the value. Solid, full tang knife. The "Damascus" steel blades are pretty thick and the edges are very steep. For finer cutting you will have to put a lot of edge work into the blade. The walnut handles are finished but rough (nicks and dents), they will need to be treated if used in a wet environment. The sheathes are just rough sewn heavy leather and do NOT have the retention strap seen in the picture. (just a scabbard style, but functional if used). They will function for my purpose as a steak knife but I'd be leery if I was to use these afield. I'm not sure the country of origin (no markings or stickers) but they are all unique and definitely hand made.

This is great knife for the money. It looks good and has a very nice blade, handle
and sheath and has a very balanced feel to it. I have over 50 knives in my collection and this one will fit in nicely with the rest of them. I may even use this one for skinning deer because it is fairly small and would be good for that purpose. This is the 2nd Titan knife I have bought and will buy more. You won't regret it if you buy one.
