Worth the money
I was a bit skeptical about spending this much, but based on my research, seemed like a good investment. I went with the green horeshoe which is a personal preference.
Optics are very clear and everything to expect. The windage and ballistic have worked well too. I use this scope for coyote hu...

Great Scope. Not so great mount
The scope is solid and has great looking glass. When I mounted the scope it canted to the left quite bad. I checked the level of the rail and even laid the scope with mount in a level surface and it was fine. The issue was when the the mount was tightened down, it pulled it down to the left. Inhad t...

Trijicon are the best
Amazing product. Saved big waiting for it to go on sale. Ordered a smaller part first and waited for it to arrive with a coupon, then used it on the larger purchase of this item. Can't go wrong with an ACOG

Light Weight Armageddon ACOG 3.5x35 Green Horseshoe .223 Reticle
I'm used to running an EoTech with a tripler while I served in the military for 10 years. Upon getting out, I ran an LPVO on my AR platform. I liked the thought of not having to run out of batteries in a worse case scenario, however, an LPVO still requires a scope mount and is still relatively fragile. I don't think you will see anyone willing to drop their LPVO without feeling their heart break. So, ultimately I was still searching for the ultimate, do everything optic while maintaining the end of the world durability scenario. I decided to try this guy out. First time ever using an ACOG, especially this 3.5x35 version. And all I can say is wow! It is extremely light weight compared to my LPVO set up! It is tough as nails, probably the toughest optic you can get besides iron sights. And it takes ZERO batteries! The eye relief is absolutely doable. It's not an LPVO or a red dot, but I can still go from low-ready/ high ready and get a round off in a second. And I can engage targets instantly couple hundred meters away. Fast, Durable, Light weight. I'll use this for the rest of my life.
Pros:
- Lightweight
- durable
- Fast & accurate
Cons:
- price
Best Used for:
- ARMAGEDDON!
- Anything & everything

Great for the SCAR 17
The SCAR 17 has a little more recoil than some other guns and the additional eye relief afforded by the Ta11 line of ACOGs makes all the difference.
Throw it on a decent mount and go to town. Highly recommend.

Spot on right out of the box
This is the second Trijicon that I have purchased and I have not had a chance to dial this one in yet, but if it’s as easy as the one I already own, I will not kid you, It is a spot on site. I am still working on both eyes opened, but so far this kind of site has made it a breeze.

The longer eye relief is worth the size / weight gain
The reason you would choose this sight over the much smaller and lighter 4x models is the longer eye relief. You may want that if you wear glasses, or have a rifle with a lower sight mounting position (Tavor for example) - or in my case, both. This sight is much more forgiving in that sense. Otherwise the optics are super clear and the reticle is very bright.

Acog for .308
Solid build, easy and secure mount.
Display easy to read in all light conditions.
Holds zero, accurate. Basically what you expect when you get an acog.
Went with green display- easier to see on paper.

Trijicon ACOG TA11H-G
Great optics. Image is very clear. I torqued the colt knob screws to 15 inch lbs. with a wheeler torque screwdriver tool. Make sure on the windage and elevation adjustments not to over adjust. Once you hit the ends stop or you can damage internals. Read manual first before you install. The only thing I was not happy about, was they stop packaging the ACOGs with Pelican cases.
Pros:
- great quality
Cons:
- No Pelican case

Excellent ACOG
Perfect balance of magnification and fast acquisition. Quality of product makes it worth money. Mine is with “Horseshoe” reticle and has been shot primarily 100 yards and in on hogs and coyotes. Completely happy with all aspects of scope and performance
Pros:
- Great clarity and almost dead on out of box. Very minor adjustments at 100 meters
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- Hogs/Coyotes on Daniel Defense 5.56

Best AR optic
Shipped quick and as expected. Is an amazing product with superior clarity. I liked the ACOG so much when it arrived I bought a second one. I would recommend this product to anyone searching for a superior optic for your AR. No problem hitting steal plates at 500 yards.

Awesome Scope...You get what you pay for
Awesome scope. It is true, you get what you pay for. I am a veteran of the special forces and absolutely love the scope. This thing is a tank on top of a firing a weapon, virtually it is indestructible and very accurate. I checked on the price to get the tridium recharged and as I was told it’s $188 Which I feel is a great price coming up in the next 15 years. The glass is flawless and the reaction I hear from people as they look through it (whether they are gun enthusiast or not) is this thing is amazing. There was a problem on my first order but the staff at Optics planet did well in helping me to replace it . I Wish they would do more of the nickel boron scopes would be my only complaint. I will be purchasing another Acog for my .308 and would hope to buy the green horseshoe ballistic reticle. You can buy with confidence that you will be treated well and you’ll get a quality items
Pros:
- Quality
- practical
Cons:
- can be pricey
Best Used for:
- everything
