Exceptional!
I am diabetic, and it has seriously affected my eyes, especially when trying to sight my weapon (Ruger 556). Once I mounted this scope there were no adjustments necessary and it was dead on. Being able sight with both eyes open is a benefit you can't believe until you try it. I can't say enough good about this product and what it has meant to me. Trijicon....thank you, Optics Planet....your service is unparalleled.

Great scope!
This scope is excellent, very clear glass. I like the fact that you never will pull it out of the safe and have to replace dead batteries. The only gripe I have is that with the horseshoe reticle, it can be a little difficult to see the space in between the center dot and the horseshoe when the sun is shining bright. But then again, it’s a combat scope, not for driving tacks.

I spent a great deal of time researching optics for my new DDM4V11. I vacillated between several different options including an EoTech EXPS3, a Primary Arms 1-6x, a Vortex Viper PST 1-4x, an Aimpoint T2, and finally an ACOG. After some time, I narrowed it down to a choice between Aimpoint and Trijicon... and I eventually chose the TA33H. I'm currently very happy with my choice, and here's why:
1. Last weekend I had the opportunity to shoot my buddy's T2 (w/ Larue mount) and -- for me -- the reticle of the TA33 seemed way easier to see and distinctly clearer. The reticle is very crisp and bright.
2. The TA33 reticle allows for quick ranging adjustment.
3. The TA33 -- as compared to some of the other ACOG models -- offers fantastic eye relief. I found it just as easy to quickly acquire my target with the 3x magnified TA33 as I did with the 1x Aimpoint. Truth.
4. I got a fantastic deal on the TA33H (amber) from Optics Planet. I'm not sure whether the stars were in alignment or what, but the price I ended up paying was nearly $200 less than I can currently find them. Optics Planet folks provided great customer service (via chat) and made an effort to hook me up with an awesome deal.

Wow. You don't know what you are missing
I have an Eotech which I love on my CQB gun. I put this optic on my mid range ar. It works great for midrange, but surprisingly it works even better than the Eotech for CQB as well. You can't beat this thing. Grab it while you can.
Pros: Perfect. Great for mid to close range.
Cons: wish it came with quick release mount
