Great for aging eyes!
Install on my P320 was a little tight but I got through it. I suppose that's better than having one that just slides right in. Orange front post is very bright and shows up very well in all kinds of light. A little pricey for what it is but I guess it's a Trijicon product right.

Doesn’t fit properly
HD XR front sight doesn’t fit either my G19 or 26 front sight hole properly. It leaves a gap on either side of the hole. This is just cosmetic, but for the price of Trijicons, you’d expect them not to be poorly fit.
Nice contrast
I have installed on my H&K and Sig with no issues. I did have a Wheeler sight tool that worked great, but no filing needed to get started. It's tight and it has to be aligned perfectly. I already had a set destroyed with a cheap sight tool and skinned pistol paying someone else, so get a proper tool and be successful the first time. I have Sig M11 & MK25 and if you want the front sight to stand up and out when you present your pistol, you want the 0.225 so it will be a bit higher and you get on target faster. It's about being first if you have to.

Excellent sight,
I really like the sight, it fit perfectly on my glock 43, I had to exchange it originally due to something causing it to not tighten down but the 2nd one worked great, and customer service was excellent A+++

Would not fit my M17 as advertised.
This product is advertised to fit an Sig M17/P320. It did not fit even after filing off edges. I used a sight mounting tool to try to install it and it ended up breaking in half. Would not recommend for Sig P320/M17.

trijicon HD front site
I love these sites. I love the XRs. The acquisition in daylight is incredible. Makes front site focus easy. Only issue I have is this is my 3rd front site post from trijicon. Idk if the small screw is the issue but my holster is made for this gun with the fixed sites and I have sheered off the front post 2 other times. Idk how it happens. I just look up one day and my front site post is gone. I use red loctite on it so I know it’s not coming loose. It gets 3 stars because I’ve had to get 3. Actual functionality is 5* when it stays on. I think the screw needs to be longer but that’s just me.

Trijicon front sight for p320 x5 Legion
The HD XR front sight fits well on the slide, and visible in any conditions but had to have the rear sight notch widened. My gunsmith Higgins is great. Procedurally Optics Planet's ordering by phone is horrible. Looks like the want to drive customers to the web and would rather not speak to humans who spend money with them.

Good in daylight.
The red stands out in daytime improving the speed in which you pickup the front sight. But at night or in darkness, the glow section is smaller then the Glock’s OEM.

Trijicon has high end brand.With the new HD XR front thin sight,I’m hitting 100 yards quite easily with this.If you want to shoot far and to always keep yourself a good shooter then go for this! You will not be disappointed.

XR is for extended range view
I own this front sight. Best quality and the orange is brighter than the AmeriGlo CAP. The fit was perfect and not adjustments needed.
The point of aim is different with stock rears so you need to hold the front post a light higher.
The orange paint glows with a quick exposure to light. Very cool when clearing a room in darkness.
