Think twice - update
Opticsplanet called me about my previous review of this product and asked if the issue had been resolved or if they could assist. They called unsolicited and said they were with opticsplanet but were calling at the request of Trijicon. They did not ask me to change my review, or offer me any special...

Think twice
I bought both the RCR and RMR HD when they were released. The RCR arrived in early December, zeroed easily and has performed well. The RMR HD arrived in early February. I mounted it to a Gen 5 Glock 19 and shot it today. I went through the entire elevation range and could not get it zeroed. I will c...

trijicon RMR reciew on Wilson Combat Project 1
I have put several Trijicon RMR HD optics with the 1.0 MOA circlr/dot reticle on Wilson Combat Project 1 (double stack, 9MM) pistol). The optics have been phenomenal. The sight picture is greatly improved when compared to the original RMR which was quite small. The RMR HD has an optic window that is as large, or even larger than the Trijicon SRO.
Lastly, the reticle is much more useful than just a dot as it allows you to hold off moving targets much easier. Clicks are tactile and work as expected from a high end Trijicon product. You get exactly what you pay for. Excellent optic.

The Best Duty Rated RDS
This is my third RMR HD. I love the clearer window than the more tented on the RMR. It’s more rugged than the SRO, and that forward facing sensor works fantastic reading the light ahead of you. I highly recommend!!!
Pros:
- ruged construction
Cons:
- price
Best Used for:
- competative shooting
- self / home defence

The optic is very clear and has crisp dot, also includes lots of functions for great personalization

great sight
I get a starburst on every other reticle on other optics with my astigmatism. This one is very clear.
Would recommend: Yes
it’s trijicon
Great red dot multiple reticles built like a tank. Great for carry and duty. Window not as big as SRO but enough to make it easy to find dot quickly.
Pros:
- Durability
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- competition
- duty
- carry

Insanely Clear Optic
This optic is insanely clear and crisp. My first time trying a Trijicon optic and now I'm considering putting one of these on all of my firearms. The auto dim/brightening feature for the reticle is fast and responsive. No noticeable blooming or distortion when the reticle is turned up. Amazing optic, with a massive window and sharp reticle, if you can afford it, definitely get it.
Pros:
- Responsive and easy controls
- Large window size
- Clear crisp easy to zero
Cons:
- Price $$$
Best Used for:
- handgun

got a bad one
Got a bad one. Did all the trouble shooting. Wasted a bunch of range time twice. Not buying Tijicon again. I've never had an issue with Holosun and they are half the cost.

Bad at first but good now
First one I got didn’t even turn on, went to the store for batteries and it still didn’t work, had to wait almost a month for the return to get back and then ship one back.
Second one I got, works perfectly, This red dot has so many features, almost too many, which is a problem because the manual doesn’t do a good job at describing them all and nor does trijicon’s Youtube videos. Other than that this red dot is perfect, very clear glass, when zeroed it’s just point and shoot, red dots will definitely make you a better shooter.

New RMR HD is Fire
Significantly bigger window size (slightly smaller than SRO) than previous RMRs. You get ruggedization of RMR line + multi-reticle + larger window that works for competitive shooting and more duty oriented applications! Love the top load battery and fit and finish is great. Only complaint is the price point is at or above a lot of enclosed emitters out there.
