Think twice - update - Trijicon RMR HD 1x Reflex Red Dot Sights

Opticsplanet called me about my previous review of this product and asked if the issue had been resolved or if they could assist. They called unsolicited and said they were with opticsplanet but were calling at the request of Trijicon. They did not ask me to change my review, or offer me any special treatment in return for a positive review, they only asked if they could be of assistance. I told them of my issues zeroing the optic but mentioned that I’ve had previous experience where the reticle took a moment to catch up to the adjustment being made on the windage and elevation knobs. I told the rep I suspected this was the problem and would try to re-zero at a later time. Well I went to the range the following weekend and my suspicions were correct. After making adjustments I would wait ten to 15 seconds for the reticle to catch up and was able to get the optic zeroed without issue.

The optic is amazing and loaded with features, my favorite being the lockout mode, dot only. I also like that you can set the dot intensity in auto brightness mode. So after rezeroing the opticsplanet rep called me again. I told him of my success with the optic and even told him I tried to edit my first review of the optic but wasn’t able to. He then asked me if I would like him to remove the review ( something that users/reviewers can’t do ) I told him no and that it was important people knew of my true experiences with the optic. I did however tell the rep that a would post a second fallow on review which this is. I can now give the optic five stars.
