Trinity Force Cobra vs Alpha stock
The Cobra version has a wonderful cheek "pad" that is great for target ARs. Much like the Leapers UTG PRO Model 4 Combat Ops S1 but in a smaller overall package. The fit to the buffer tube supplied is much better than most, including the Alpha, but still with a little "rattle" when fully extended. The Alpha is really a smaller version with the same quality.
One tip to install the stock (Alpha as well) is to wrap some 1/8" braided nylon cord over the transverse pins, making a two looped saddle, to pull the lever down enought without chewing up your fingers or finger nails. The adjustment ...

Good price for a good stock
Been using the Cobra stock for a couple years and I am happy with it. It's comfortable and fits good with little to no rattle. The lock up is strong and easy to adjust. Wish they were still making these. I would buy again. Made with quality materials that will last forever.
Pros:
- Price
Cons:
- None

Cheap garbage
I had the previous model on one of my ARs, one that I'm actually hunting with at this moment, and it is actually a really nice stock. The new one doesn't have the rubber mold cheek rest and it's all plastic. Probably the worst stock I've ever seen on a rifle. I rated 1 star because they don't have a 0 rating.
Pros:
- Storage, Rubber butt pad
Cons:
- Cheap plastic, uncomfortable, does not have a tight fit, Is not very easy to remove like any other ar15 stock.
Best Used for:
- paper weight
Would recommend: No
Rattle and smell
This stock rattles a lot on the buffer tube. When I press my cheek against it I can detect this unpleasant chemical smell. It is the rubber that is off gassing or something. Maybe it will fade in time. The spring is kind of noisy. Overall I am not happy with it. I wouldn't recommend it.

Great stock for the price
Very happy with the fitting of the new Trinity Force Cobra, I have had the Trinity Force Alpha stock previously and loved it. The Cobra stock is essentially the same with the exception of the Cobra has a larger cheek rest area. For the price you can't go wrong with any Trinity Force Stock. The only gripe that I have is that there is a little bit of play with the buffer tube that is provided with the stock. Overall I am happy with the purchase.
Pros:
- Quality
- cost
- Fit
- Weight
Cons:
- Slight Play
