Color options
I got these rail covers in hopes that they would match my ACOG. When I looked at the pic it seemed as if they would be a spot on match. My ACOG is dark earth and I knew the product description was "tan" so I am not mad at troy but I will add that whom ever takes the picture might wanna try a little harder to make it look more tan than brown. On a different not the tan rail covers do match up really well with my guns color(coyote tan). And I also have the same type rail covers in black on another gun and love em.
Great product
Looks great on my rifle. The only thing is that it’s stays on the rail but wobbly on my Midwest industries quad rail so that’s kinda a let down

Works as advertised
I bought these in conjunction with a quad rail hoping they would fit snug a lock up tight which they did. They have a solid lock up with no wiggle and feel good in the hands

Just as Advertised
Limited use on this item , fit the handguards on my M70 well , interested to see how it handles while the barrel gets hot , so far they seem to hold up well.

rail covers
arrived in west texas in good condition . the bubble wrap used to protect the products were all burst and deflated ! the texas heat got to all but three bubbles. temps were in the 100° s all week . Good product slipped on to my AR15’s easily.
Pros:
- easy to attach. appears to be strong durable product

- shipping protection poor, 97% of the bubble wrap did not survive the texas heat during transit

snug fit and look great
These rail covers go on very easily. They are snug and have zero play when installed. They are very sturdy and rigid. They also have very nice texturing and shape which makes holding the rail more comfortable and ergonomic. They are low profile and do a great job of protecting your rail when it isn’t being used. Plus it looks great.

Great size and fit.
These are hard to find. I use them on all of my rifles. Good texture and very lightweight. The slide on, and lock in place. I sometimes put some tape below them to create a more secure fit. And the price was perfect.

Another great Troy Product
I’m happy with the product. Looks to be made exactly how you’d expect.
Mil-spec rail fit well as expected. Nice simple locking mechanism. Use a pen or something non-abrasive to lift lock and as to not scratch.
I would by this product again. Was placed on a Troy Battle Rail the combination is very nice. It will be a permanent fixture.

Feel great.
I bought these in grey, and I'm glad I did, as they look and feel nice. ...I'm actually mounting just one of these on top of my CP33's pic-rail, as I'm using it as a cheek weld believe it or not. Can't go wrong with three of these if you're putting them on your AR-15.

Troy rail covers
Very nice and sturdy rail covers if you have a quad rail it makes it nice and rounded but still stippled for a good grip. I just put on the left and top on a 7.5in rail and left the bottom open for an angled grip and right side for flashlight and it works out perfectly.

Hand guards
These things are great. The fit and finish is excellent. They slid on tightly which is good because they fit as if they are part of the quad rail. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants a factory look and a great heat protectant.
