Will not work in several different lowers

Unfortunately, I too am having issue with this not allowing my trigger hammer to release and fire the gun. I've tried installing the same safety on my Ruger SFAR AR-10 lower and PSA AR-15 lower. This Troy safety didn't work in neither lower but when I've swapped those two rifle's oem safeties with each other, both worked. DO NOT BUY unless you want to possibly waste $70

Cons:
  • poor fitment
  • Too expensive for not working

Nice safety.

I've installed plenty of these on different builds, including some of my own. They are easy to install and uninstall. The right side being shorter is nice because it won't make contact and rub your trigger finger during heavy shooting. I saw someone else trash talk this safety in the reviews, well I don't know how they made this thing fail, I've dealt with 25+ with no issue so far.
Pros:
  • Smooth working, smooth edges, easy to install
Cons:
  • Price (but honestly, pretty cheap price considering the quality).

Poor quality poor design

Poor quality and poor design. It fell apart with in 10 minutes of installation and I put it together on my couch. Certainly will not be reliable while at the range or if my life depended on it. Ended up trashing it.
Pros:
  • easy intallation
Cons:
  • poor design
  • poor quality
Best Used for:
  • personal/home defense
  • Indoor and outdoor range.
