Successfully installed on a Century Arms RAS47... with a little work
Yes, I own a RAS47. Yes, I know about the cast trunnion. Yes, I still have my vision. No, it hasn't blown up. I wanted to mall-ninja up my 'murican made AK variant, but "because RAS47" there will be some issues if you want this rail to fit:

I replaced my magpul hand guard with this product. It was a huge upgrade and the Mlok attachment options really gave me alot more options to modernize my rifle. Highly recommend anybody to purchase this.

Troy in a GF3
This is my 2nd Troy long hand guard for AKMs. It does its job, is solid and I just like it. There are many many brands but personally I just feel this one is better for my small hands and you can still put whatever you need if you want to.
Pros:

Excellent improvement over the original handguard. Not for purists. Finish is very nice, charcoal matte, it will definitely differ from any original AK finish (not a big deal). Overall, mil grade quality. Now, the installation: I installed it on a milled Arsenal. Any muzzle device has to be removed before install. Two screws that stick out from the back of the handguard have to go, don't worry, they don't hold anything. The lug that goes in the receiver slot needs to be shimmed on the top, thin sheet metal worked well. Before the permanent installation the cleaning rod groove at the back of the handguard needs to be deepened, about 1/16 to 3/32, I removed a little at a time then tried the fit.The rest goes according to the instructions. The set screws (shiny ones) should be tight, Loctite doesn't work near the barrel in my experience.Took 40 min and two beers. Hopefully this will be helpful for someone.

Great Guard. Didnt work.
I had visions of a troy battlerail AK. I went ahead and ordered after some research. Realized after arrival that the full length will not work on a RAS-47. It would have looked great if I was willing to alter the handguard but what is the point of that? Sent back for store credit. Still waiting for that credit....
