Having read other reviews here, I am just going to say I am more than impressed with this rail. You can tell a lot of thought went into the engineering and manufacturing of this product from Troy. I was looking for an option to grip my rifle at or forward of my A2 FSB and have additional rail space. I have a Colt LE6920 and did not want to hack parts off or otherwise permanently alter the stock configuration of the rifle. This is a significant upgrade to a Colt.

I was a little concerned that the built-in 1913 rail on the underside of the rail that it would be uncomfortable in my support hand. My plan is to run a AFG on this section anyway, but I also wanted to be able to run it plain-Jane if needed. The rail is not uncomfortable in hand and actually provides index points for my grip. The built in 1913 rail on the underside is an ingenious engineering feature to compensate for extra space necessary to clear the bayonet lug and sling attachment point of the FSB.

Installation was a breeze and took about 15 minutes, being extra careful. The only tool needed to install is the provided allen key. My front sling swivel had already been removed, so I'm not counting that into the equation. Be prepared to use a little blue locktite also. The instructions are pretty simple to follow and the only thing I would change on that is to dry fit first with all screws attached before you put the thread locker on the screws.

Great quality and feel , looks changed the whole look of my stock Colt . I’m very pleased with this purchase and very satisfied so that I ordered a second one in FDE for my Sig M400 so that they aren’t identical but love the look either way . Install was very easy once I figured out how to mount it correctly , instructions weren’t clear but very simple to install

Easy install great item to change whole look of ar , keeping fixed A2 front sight gas block . The only stock item that needs to be removed is sling swivel . Just purchased a second in fde for 2nd rifle

Awesome rail. Everything you can ask out of a drop in rail. Easy install. Great feel and grip. No wiggle or slip. Perfect rail mounts for all you need on you weapon. Keep the fsb or over a low pro block. Not for piston systems.

Just had the chance to try out my new VTAC Delta-CX Rail. Awesome! Wish this existed back in my military days.

It did take a little longer to instal than anticipated, but well worth the effort.

Great rail, very comfortable. My wife who has never shot a rifle, loved it.

This item is a great addition to my Colt LE6920. For those of us who don't wish to remove our fixed A2 front sights, the selection of free floating rails of this length is fairly limited. I'm happy with my choice of the Troy VTAC Delta Rail.

The box contained the two-piece rail, a hex key, bolts, mounting clamps, and an installation guide with photos for each step. Installation is easy, but you will need a few tools: a punch set and hammer to remove your front sling swivel (and something to support your rifle while doing this), and some medium threadlocker for bolting down the clamps.

With all parts installed and locked down, the rail is rock-solid, and integrates perfectly with the rifle's railed upper. The front sight cutouts are perfect, and do not make contact with any parts of the rifle. The craftsmanship and finish are superb, and there are no visible tool marks on the rail. The VTAC Delta fits much better in my hands than the stock M4 handguard, and looks great.

This AR rail is truly very easy to install. It only took me about 5 minutes. Great product from Troy Industries. I certainly would recommend it to everyone thinking of replacing the standard hand guard that came with their AR rifles!
