Love the Hat but not the service
I ordered 2 differants hats and got two of the same. Then after 2 months of back and forth sent me another hat 3 of the same. Now they want me to send back the 2 hats on my dime. They messed up the order and I am paying shipping. NOT this is not the first time. I bought a holster from them and the same back and forth and me paying the shipping.
Pros: looks like it will last for a long time
Cons: Opticsplanet service leave you wanting
Tru-Spec Woodland Digital Wide Brim Boonie
Ordered 3 Hats, all 7-1/4.
This one (Woodland Digital) fits well, appears to be well constructed.
Tiger Strip fits well, but chin strap is twisted and uses a plastic tension keeper(not likely to last in sun), instead of the usual leather.
Desert Digital Camo is quite tight, but not worth the hassle of returning.

- Sun Protection of head and neck, keeping reflection off glasses.

Just what the doctor ordered
It’s a hat thus there’s not a lot to say about it other than that it is exactly as advertised. My dermatologist told me that I needed a hat with a wider brim than the standard “boonie” style hat that I had been using so the Tru-Spec wide brim was the logical choice.
Would recommend: Yes
