Excellent entry level chassis. - TRYBE Defense R.O.C.S. Rapid Offense Chassis System

The Good: Great fit to the action and bedding system is strong. Excellent fit and finish. Relatively lightweight for a chassis, which helps with balance. Some improvement in accuracy vs the plastic oem stock.

The Bad: Length of pull is very short even with all the spacers installed. About the same as an A1 stock. Feeding is less reliable than in the oem stock with rotary magazines. I am using a Magpul AICS magazine. Rounds occassionally ram into the breech face instead of the chamber.

Personal preference issue: This chassis will not accomodate a grip with a beavertail. I only run grips with beavertails on my other rifles and I dislike how far my hand can slide up the grips without them.

Final Thoughts: This chassis performs well where it counts. It's lightweight, rock-solid, improves accuracy and converts the action to AICS magazines. There will probably be some magazine tuning involved, and you may not the chassis to fit you as a shooter without some tweaks, but for the price the performance is all there.
