This greatly increases the capabilities of your PVS-14 and should be part of every kit. It's the size and weight of a shot glass and is a gorgeous precision optic. It packs easily in the rubber covers and soft bag it comes with. The quality of the optic is obvious, and I'm mostly referring to the build quality. The body has a nice sheen, and it threads on smoothly to various manufacturer PVS-14 objective lenses. It does not alter the objective focus at all, and once installed it is static. First of all, the original price was 460$ and the discount makes it 60$, like optics planet goes crazy when it comes to coupons. Next, these things are game changers, I sometimes night hunt and I had to use my thermal scope on my rifle to look at certain spots where pigs/coytes/bobcats could be. Now with this, I can easily look with this monocular. I totally recommend this.

feels and looks cheap chinese

Got this order along with the equally cheapo Sightmark PVS-14 flip to side mount. Trybe magnifier is more expensive than milsurp, yet terrible quality like an old Chinese made scope for a daisy BB gun.
