Most Helpful Positive Review It's okay, needs instructions
So, I bought this to use with two pvs14s, it comes loose in a bag, and there's no instructions on it. The reason it should have some sort of manual is that it came in pieces and I had to figure out the allen wrench sizes needed. If you're here looking for them, there are four allenhead screws in each side at the base where they swivel and their size is 5/64th. There is an internal allenhead screw when you remove the baseplate and its size is 3/32nd. I'm not exactly happy I had to disassemble it to torque the screws down for the J-arms but I did it. It's not hard, just annoying. Otherwise, the ...

TRYBE Optics PVS bridge.

Please read the other reviews and then check your mount for tightness. I failed to do this and it resulted in damage to one of my PVS 14s. I did notice one side was loose but figured it was okay. I mounted two 14s on my helmet and then began to shake my head back and forth and up and down. This is when one side disconnected from the bridge and fell to the shop floor resulting in damage to the 14. I was able to locate all of the mounting screws and reattach the mount to the bridge. And now it works as designed. If you purchase this system check it for loose mounts tighten the mounting screws and you should be fine. This system is made of aluminum and so far has worked other than the initial attempt. Good idea to use a secondary attachment to the PVS 14s.
Pros:
  • Made of aluminum and priced nicely.
  • On sale and priced nicely and made of aluminum not plastic
Cons:
  • Beware of loose mounting screws.
Best Used for:
  • Driving on night scouting

Works very well, BUT....

The product does not come fully assembled. One j-arm was loose in the bag and the other was barely attached to the bridge. The attachment point (bayonet) on the bridge was very much oversized and will not engage a mil-spec Rhino mount. It required quite some time for fine fitting and assembly. Once the bayonet was fitted and the j-arms properly attached to the bridge the product was very solid and functional. In the delivered condition I was considering returning it but the price, for me, was worth the effort.

If you are looking for a "plug and play" dual bridge mount, this ain't it. If you have moderate mechanical acumen, a good set of allen wrenches and the patients to fit the bayonet to your Rhino mount then it is a pretty nice piece.

The item was listed as not returnable, so probably not worth the risk for most enthusiasts.
Pros:
  • Price
  • Functional
  • Solid mount
Cons:
  • requires assembly
  • Requires fitment

Would not lock up at the bayonet mount.

I have tried 2 of these now. They both wobble/shake very much just one connection point above the interface of each pvs 14 and the mount. Nothing to be tightened that remedies the issue. This mount though would not even connect to my Rhino ll mount at the bayonet mount. Just would not click in place. So I would not recommend this to anyone.

Not sturdy enough for my liking.

I checked every fastener i could and it still shakes. There is a connection point on each side that is not able to be adjusted. I will be sending it back for a refund.

Cons:
  • Not Sturdy
