great product
Although a little pricey these mag pouches represent good value. They are built to last and are usable as open convertible firing range storage when worn, and the closure flap will velcro back to allow organization of different caliber mags for storage. The pouches are a little tight until properly broke in but if left with the mags inserted for any length of time they become form shaped and work good. Make sure you order the correct double or single stack versions and remember that both types can be ordered as five or eight capacity. Optics Planet has the best selection and price I have found...

Tuff is tough
Bought one of these many years ago. Still holding up great with a lot of use. This is my second and I expect it to be as good as the first.
Pros:
- Rugged and reliable
Cons:
- None

designed and made well
My 8 rnd .45 mags fit perfectly in this case. They come out easily enough but won't fall out. They also go in easily too because they're sized right. I doubt the pouch will ever wear out, it's made very well. There are also 4 loops on the back to attach it to a belt, nice.
Pros:
- Everything
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- keeping your mags in place and at the ready

8 inline mag pouch for 45 Tuff Products
When I first looked at the pouch I thought it looked a lot smaller than pictured and it would not work. But I read the instructions and filled all the slots with mags and left it overnight. Each slot expanded slightly and fit each mag perfectly. Some care and a little wiggling is needed the first time the pouch is loaded. After the initial break in, no problems. The material is well put together and very sturdy. Well pleased with the purchase.

Tuff products double stack mag carrier
Much better than expected, very well built, holds almost any length mags because cover is adjustable/removable, can be used on belt or pack. It's a snug fit but 2 single stack 1911 .45 mags will fit in each pouch also. Great product!

its a little tight
I love tuff products and use them for single stack, double stack, and now the AR15 platform. of the three, the Ar mags are a little tight and need almost to be rocked or twisted in and and not speedy to exit the product. Perhaps they will loosen up with time, or perhaps the intention is clearly met with stout retention. A full row of stock magazines carries a bit of weight, a little more than I expected in fact. So, the Tuff product is a great way to store and transport the loaded mags.
Pros:
- Craftsmanship
Cons:
- None

AR 8 mag pouch
Product is of high quality and exactly as described. OP did their usual great job of getting it to me quick. Pouchs are extremely tight. Metal smooth sided mags go in fairly easily, ribbed Magpuls a little more difficult to get in and out. Of course, this is what you want IMO since the canvas will loosen up over time.

TUFF Products 8 In-Line Mag Pouch CBV-2 model - for GLOCK 9mm and .40 mags
Product is as advertised. Excellent high capacity pouch - what a great option to organize your magazines. There is no space wasted whatsoever between magazines, which is great because I wanted this thing to be narrow (width-wise) enough to fit into a specific compartment of my 5.11 Rush 24 pack, and it barely does.
I really wanted the black color at first, and very nearly purchased it before I realized that my black GLOCK magazines would show up much better against the coyote brown pouch color, which in turn would show up much better against the black pouch interior inside my Rush 24....something to think about when you're trying to reach for the right mag under potential stress.
The individual pouches have no elasticity, just in case anyone thinks they may, so your magazines will slide out pretty easily if the flap is off/undone and you orient the pouch past horizontal.
The pouch does indeed have MOLLE rigging in back and also two Velcro loops at either end to attach horizontally to a duty belt (if this is something anyone would actually want to do), or whatever else a creative mind can think of.
Also, it should be helpful to note that the pouch flap will narrowly accommodate GLOCK .40 22-round magazines; there is barely enough Velcro area at either attachment point to keep the flap securely shut. So, if you are planning to keep magazines any longer than about 7 inches (like the GLOCK 33-round mag) from tip to tip in this pouch, you won't be able to secure the flap - it ...

Tuff Product
Finally a product that keeps loose magazines out of the bottom of my range bag. Went with the double stack magazine pouch so it can do crossover work with 16 single stack 1911 mags as well. Incredible Velcro, you can actually grab the pouch by the flap and it holds. Sweet.

Great mag pouch
The removeable velcro flap is a nice feature. Makes it easy to use on your belt as mag carrier for easy access. You can also attach it to your range bag or pack with molle attachments. I just ordered my second Tuff pouch.
