I always use to buy Leopold scopes. Then I saw the U.S. Marine Corp. using U.S. Optics scopes on their sniper rifles…. So, I figured I would try this company out…. I now own 2 scopes from the U.S. Optics TS series. These scopes are amazing!!! By far, the TS series scopes I own are better than any other scope I’ve ever owned! The design quality, features, and precision of the TS-20X is superb!!!! It’s hard for me to find any faults with this scope because I have nothing better to compare it to.

I chose USO’s TS-20 over Nightforce’s NX8 due to price and curiosity. For half the price you get nearly the same features. Objective to eyepiece- The lenses and light transfer is immaculate. In direct sunlight there can be a flare. A sunshade may be needed if this is too distracting for you. The turrets feel a bit sluggish but the audible “click” is very distinct and crisp. Good for the price. Illumination is full reticle. Not a great feature. Magnification range is terrific and the dial is very smooth. Eyebox is nothing to worry about. It’s just right for the range of magnification and FFP. If you have anything bigger than .308 I’d worry about scope eye. Upon receiving the scope I had a reticle jerk when dialing magnification by .4 mils laterally and horizontally. The warranty covered the repair and all should be well for now. I hope I didn’t write this review too soon. I have to use this on an M1A rifle for ranges 25m-800m and it’s been great.

I loved working with Opticsplanet. The U.S. Optics scope is perfect, and arrived promptly...thank you. Just for your info, the 2032 battery was dead on arrival. No prob for me, I threw a new one in and it worked great!

This scope has been a great introduction in to U.S. optics glass. With this level of quality I dare not to imagine the higher end foundation series. With the parallax able to go slightly before 10 yd and to infinity it is right at home on a Percision .22, .308 ar-10, or a long range bolt gun. This scope has opened my eyes to U.S. optics and I plan on purchasing a foundation seria in the near future.

Great product made in the USA, I have opened many other comparable brands but overall great product and typically half of the cost for the same quality. 2.5 - 20 power works great for PRS and NRL 22 matches. I did not realize it had a full turn zero stop which is nice for quick return to zero scenarios.
