I was having trouble with my red dot and on league night I was way off.
After the second round of rapid fire I had only one hit on my target out
of 10 and the target in the next bay had 14 hits when it should be 10.
After installing the Ultra dot and sighting it in the first round I fired hit
dead center on the Bullseye. I was very happy.
I hav'nt used this item yet,but I know what to expect.
I bought this scope to replace the U.D. on my High Standard Trophy. The one on my H.S. was bought sometime in the 1980's, and has an intermittant dot.
I guess I could have the old one repaired, but after 40 some years, I believe I have gotten my moneys worth out of it, so I bought this new one.
Unfortunately, the new one has a 2 moa dot, and I now prefer a 4 moa dot. Middle age is creaping up on me now that I am 84 y.o. and my sight is not what it used to be.
I have no doubt that someone in the Gun Club where I shoot will buy the 2 moa. scope from me, so I am not looking to return it.
So... a review...I like Optics Planet. Ordering was easy enough for a memory challanged Senior to handle. The price was reasonable ...enougth, and it shipped quickly.
I'm sure I will find something else to order...Jim

Demo ultra dot scope
This product was a demo and there wasn’t a scratch on it and every piece was packed as if was brand new. This scope is flawless

I just got into target shooting and got a Ruger Markiii and this was a great addition for my setup already shooting 2 inch groups at 50 feet with only 40 rounds through it..was easy to mount and to site in and optics are great even at low power settings.

I really like this dot
Excellent small and clear dot. I can adjust height and elevation without finding a screwdriver. This is a big plus. The Ultradot comes with the rings (no trying to find rings/adapters) and fits my Pardini very well. Of course, doing business with Optics Planet is always easy and the prices are excellent.
