Fired from a Marlin 1895 Trapper Magpul Edition…. Without question this ammo is not for the faint at heart.
Great combo on a sling while on walkabouts in western Montana. Yes, no question it’s capable of taking down a large grizzly provided can you hit when your adrenaline is pumping. Worth shooting!!!

Great ammunition. Visited with The Underwood Ammunition Supervisor, The Gentleman referred me to His Ballistic engineer. That Gentleman, stated that Their ammunition is loaded to.SAAMI STANDARDS.THE +P AMMUNITION IS LOADED TO 40,000 psi.The standard 45-70 is loaded to 28,000 psi.
