These mate perfectly with the diameter of the large-diameter UAR handguards, which usually incorporate part of the overall design, somewhat precluding M-LOK slots. So if you have one of them, you will need these rail sections for accessories.

I build my Sharp bro The Jack Ar and finished it off with a unique ar one shot hand guard. I with the way the hand guard is manufactured I had to use their picatinney rail to mount my Holosun PID dual. Works great and made well.
