I bought one of these a few years ago with the MDMOA reticle. Wow, what an incredible scope. It's rugged like you wouldn't believe, these things are ready for battle in any hotspot on the planet (which means its going to be good enough for whatever you or I end up putting the thing through). It's heavy, you're not going to want to put this on your light-weight sporter, but weight is the trade-off you make for rugged, and the first time you bang this thing against a rock, you're going to be very happy it IS rugged. The click adjustments are SPOT ON. When these guys say a quarter inch at 100 yards, they mean a quarter inch at 100 yards every click, every time. In two years of using this scope, not once have those adjustments been off. Technically a true MOA at 100 yards is 1.047 inches, the Type 1 MOA and MDMOA are true 1 inch at 100 yard hash marks. Not that the extra 0.047 inches really makes a difference, but it's comforting to know that even that discrepancy is accounted for in the reticle. It makes things a tad easier when you choose to do hold-over or Kentucky windage.
