Definitely not grade 1 - USML M19A1 30 Cal Ammo Cans, Grade One

Over the years I have bought many military surplus ammo cans in different sizes and in different grades so I’d like to think that I know what constitutes a grade 1. There is a little rust on every outside panel and also inside of the box and lid, most noticeable on the lid and latch. The color difference between the lid and the box says this is not as issued which is probably the reason the lid does not latch solidly every time, the fit is probably off a little. I could live with it if there was zero rust in the interior and if it closed solidly every time. Definitely not happy with this.
