Most Helpful Positive Review Better than expected
I looked at Vortex for a 45 degree side mount...almost pulled the trigger, but decided to give this a try at a fraction of the cost and I am happy with what I received. Quality component, lightweight, installs easilly and looks great with my Vortex Venom Red Dot site...definitely a great product.

This thing is great

This thing was the perfect touch for my rifle build. I had a piggy back set up, and I truly could not get myself to like it. I can’t raise my neck enough for the rifle to be held comfortable. Felt very awkward adjusting from zoom scope to 1x red dot.
This canted mount feels far more natural for me and seems easier to transition from zoom than the piggyback style.

Quality Mount

Seems like a high quality mount that works well. I also bought a BROWE red dot with 45 offside mount and realize it's the exact same mount. Browe sells their 45 degree mount for $57 and this is $25. No brainer.

Fits UTG micro dot applications.

I was concerned when I ordered this that it would not marry to the UTG red dot sight I purchased. This is the right one! AKA Doctor’s footprint. This mount does an excellent job of getting my red dot far enough away from my scope that I can reach all the controls for both. I have another device but it required the adaptive base and I couldn’t reach the controls to my red dot. I wish I could upload pics for everyone.

FITS VORTEX VENOM

Guys get this if your looking for a 45 offset mount for Venom red dot. Better than the pricier options. I have pictures to prove it fits and it looks BEAST but Optics Planet doesn't seem to upload pictures. The model is RDM-2045 and its guaranteed to fit. Get it while you can.
