Most Helpful Positive Review Great addition.
Glad I picked up one of these. Totally changes the character of a 7.5" AR pistol build. Works a treat with the UTG angled grip. Adjustments & install are very simple. Shipped in a timely manner and will definitely be purchasing again for the next project.

Adapted C-clamp

This Angled index Mount gives my thumb a consistent place to hang out (an index) so it doesn't wander over and unintentionally discharge white light by hitting the remote switch on the top rail. It also allows me to apply the downward thumb pressure of a C-clamp.
Pros:
  • Enhanced leverage
  • Prevents white light AD
Cons:
  • You can't place it between 2 MLOK spaces. It has to go into 1 slot.
Best Used for:
  • LE/MIL with a need for light discipline

Love these things

Tried one months ago on my Ruger PC carbine, and fell in love with it. For kicks, I put it on one of my AR's and it was a game changer. Offers me much more control and way more comfortable than handgaurd alone. Now all my carbines have one. Just a disclosure. I put a piece of 3M anti-slip tape on the top flat pad.

I love these things I putm on a couple different builds. They work very good they easily attach to your mlok section you can have it face this way or that way or the other way it's a very convenient comfortable place to rest your thumb

The best thing you can pair with an AFG

If you run a pressure pan on your top rail and an Angled Fore-Grip and worry about negligently activating your white light with a C clamp, this if the perfect place you rest your thumb and works very well to drive around the front end with control. I reccomend this to anyone with an AR-Pistol who's looking for a safer, more sure hold of their rail system.
Pros:
  • Sturdy, designed well with shooter in mind.
Cons:
  • Requires two supplied Allen keys to adjust each of the 2 fasteners making installation finicky but solid.
Best Used for:
  • Thumb rest to prevent white light pressure pad ND
