Are these ar pistol compliant?

These are pistol compliant as these are not a vertical grip mounted at the 6 o'clock position. The Leapers UTG Pro Angled Index Mount is a mount designed to be mounted at the 3 or 9 o'clock position as a thumb rest instead of wrapping your thumb over the bore. It allows the same concept and grip to be used, but provides an adjustable platform.

I was worried this was going to be too bulky, but its fairly slim and comfortable. My tac light switch is on top of my rail so this is great piece to keep my thumb off the switch. Being ambidextrous and having a decent amount of pivot was very nice.
