Slim is in!
Good fit for my 14.5 inch Ar. As the arthritis in my hand worsens, I appreciate the slim diameter and light weight of this hand guard. Short in length it just covers the mid length gas block. Mounting was easy with the slotted hand guard nut with no alignment issues.
Nice Looking Rail and Great Lockup
This is the 2nd UTG Pro rail I’ve used and this one is just as nice and solid as my first one. In my opinion, these rails are well worth the price and will fit perfectly on a standard forged mil-spec upper receiver. That being said…I bought this for my PSA KS-47 and it will not fit correctly without a slight modification to the anti-rotation tab opening. I had to use a dremel to make the rail opening wide enough to center and fit on the upper receiver. I didn’t have to remove much material to get the rail to fit and I was pleased with the final results. Still a great rail but if you want to use it on a PSA KS-47 or a billet upper receiver, you may have to modify the rail to fit.

Great handguard
Very nice handguard. Like the small profile and textured grip. I put this on a blowback 9mm so I'm not sure of fit over a gas block.

This handguard looks really nice. The texture and the size is perfect and it is actually lighter than the one that I replaced. Did all the work myself while on the couch watching a football game and it was a snap. This came with everything needed to complete the install, plus shims "just in case" they were needed. Will be ordering 2 more in the future as the price and quality are both great !

Compared to the one that came with my receiver this seems way more well constructed and durable. Easy assembly and looks great comes with all you will need.

Excellent choice for pistol build
Paired with 11.5” barrel. Enough length & barrel poke to assure you’re clear of the business end, perfect c-clamp size for medium glove hands and short enough to get to carbine length adjustable gas block with ease. If you don’t use all the top rail estate, this is a good choice. Includes mloc QD and short rail
