Love Optics Planet. The V-7 hyper light handguard will put a pinch on your budget, it's worth it. Easy to install and solid.

I have purchased quite a few V Seven handguards and have not been disappointed. They are very lightweight & sturdy. Definitely recommend these to anyone.

This is crazy lightweight like advertised. The black finish is very thin and not durable but I cerekoted mine so I don’t care about the finish because I use my guns and scratches look good. On some builds If I don’t cerekote I’ll spray paint my rifles with flat rattle can paint for camouflage and I don’t care if the finish rubs off. This is 10” as advertised but I wish it was 10.5” or 10.7” so it would go out to the threads on my 11.5” barrel since it’s 10” I have 1/2” or more of my barrel showing, no big deal. I do care that it’s strong and lightweight. I haven’t checked it for strength but It’ll be just fine. It’s expensive but with my 1-10 razor and recon 3 clip on thermal scope and suppressor im trying to lose weight where I can for carrying it while sneaking up on hogs. But this handguard is super comfortable to hold and I like it the best out of all my handguards wich include noveske, bcm, SLR, and some others. This Vseven handguard is a beautiful work of art.

I got this on OP and ordered the Titanium barrel nut for it on V-Seven's site. Never have I had such a well made, nice fitting, nice feeling, durable, light handguard. Genuinely a must have for any light weight Recce or WWSD build. Better than the carbon fiber handguards as well, also lighter.

My friend bought a V7 a year ago for a rifle he has upgrading. I was blown away by how light his was. So when I started my build I wanted a crazy lightweight guard for a 7.5" pistol. The V7 line of guards are amazingly light and strong! They are a bit pricey.....but ounces matter, and if you can cut 60% weight when compared to many others of the same length....priceless.

Purchased this for my 3-gum competition rifle build . Fit and finish are perfect - it even clears the adjustable gas block. Extremely light and rigid, proven durable so far. About only thing to note is the finish will wear as mine does end up getting tossed in barrels during matches.

Great product, I had everyone who lives with me to close their eyes and I then laid my old handguard in their hand, and then the Vseven. Everyone was blown away by the comparison of weight difference. Finish is really done well and no this thing doesn't chip lol.. I did not need to heat mine. The supplied barrel nut tool works well and allowed me to remove my existing but with the help of a barrel vice. Very pleased.

Exceptionally light weight. Durable. Would purchase another. Workmanship on the top rail
is evident with the notching to decrease weight. Slimmer. Provides for great grip. Did a complete upper with the v7 enlightened upper receiver. It matched up perfectly.

I found the look and weight of the handguard to be top notch, but it attaches to the barrel nut with screws and the alignment of the receiver rail and handguard rail took way too much effort. There are better methods to attach the handguard to the barrel nut that would really improve this product.

This thing is so light it feels fragile at first but it's actually fairly ridgid. The fit to the barrel nut was tight but still slid right on by hand after heating the handguard with a heat gun. I'd buy it again
