Still have to assemble and shoot. Out of box, great color, no S&H scratches. Pairing with V7 lower so its definitely gonna fit. They are billet uppers so certain forged fitting handguards will be an issue. DO your research. V7 highly recommended. Planning on turning my mid range AR into long range AR. I will update review once i have assembled and shot the rifle.

Light and well finished
Finishing appears to be good. Getting rid of the jam enhancer is a plus in my book, but be sure it fits your application. Good choice for a sleek, lightweight build. There are cheaper options for an upper, of course, so one would want to ask if the lightness is worth the cost.

ultra light no compromise in integrity
Built an ultralight VSeven platform. This upper is everything you could ask for and more. Sculpted, light light weight, removal of forward assist. It locks up tight with its lower. I would recommend to anyone looking to build a high end AR without machining the upper (f1), makes it work worthy (no debris) and a pleasure to handle.

Havent shot it yet. I will update with results. But purely on ordering and shipment/customer service, Optics planet reached out immediately after ordering to confirm purchase. There was a delay in the piece and this was explained to me and handled in the same day. I had zero issues getting this high quality upper in a time where these things can take months.

Outstanding Quality
I had some uppers built and they used the V-Seven to begin with, they are amazing, slim, and fit is perfect. Everything settled into place without any complications, I am very happy with the quality and the style too.
